Design Deep Dive : Boosting GoSats
Across Channels
Introduction
GoSats is a rewards platform that turns your everyday spending into wealth-building opportunities by giving you Bitcoin and Gold as cashback.
I worked at GoSats as a Graphic Designer, where I lead marketing design initiatives, ensure brand consistency across all visuals, and focus on creating designs that drive conversions.

This project showcases the work I did at GoSats and the impact it created.
It is structured into three key sections:
Enhancing Emailer Designs to Boost Conversions
Creating High-Performing Thumbnails for GoSnatch (2M+ Views)
Designing Inapp webview for Flipkart Supercoin X GoSats
Part 1 - Enhancing Emailer Designs to boost Conversions
My first big project was to improve designs of our communication emails
(campaign/ New product features/ brand partnership) which was one of the main channels through which we communicate with our users and drive revenue.
After observing designs I found some design problems which were affecting conversions.
Impact created by these improvements
Increased Click through rate (CTR) by 14%
Boosted Conversation rate (CVR) by 7%,
Contributed to a 5% increase in Gross Transaction Value (GTV)
Enhancing automated emailer designs also
Major problems were same as the above emailer. Simplified the layout, reduced text clutter, and used clear visual hierarchy to make the message more engaging and instantly understandable at a glance and added illlustration.

Part 2 - Designing High-Converting
creatives for GoSnatch ( 1M+ Views )
At GoSats, I led the visual design for GoSnatch — a content-first surrogate Instagram page we created to drive discovery and engagement outside our main brand account.
Each design was built with three core design principles in mind:
Curiosity through emotion – expressions that matched the viewer’s reaction to the headline.
Contrast-driven readability – bold headlines, split into punchy 2-line formats for mobile clarity.
Supporting Imagery – logos, icons, or background scenes to support the reel topic instantly. Used AI also to generate images.

Top Performing Reels
Impact & Results
4M+ organic views in 3 months.
300K + views on youtube shorts.
Multiple reels hit 200K+ views, with highest performing reel with 951K views.
Part 3 - Flipkart Supercoin X GoSats
GoSats partnered with Flipkart SuperCoin, allowing users to swap SuperCoins for Bitcoin (Sats) and gold rewards.
As a designer, I created a high-visibility in-app banner and an informative landing page within Flipkart’s SuperCoin section to drive awareness and conversions.

Final Design


Design Decisions:
Used bold coin-to-Sats visual to instantly convey the swap concept.
Maintained GoSats’ signature black-gold-purple palette for brand recall while blending with Flipkart’s UI.
Placed Elite Card imagery and reward highlights prominently to spark interest in upgrades.
Structured the landing page with a clear “How it Works” flow to reduce friction and encourage immediate action.
Included familiar Flipkart partner brand logos to build trust and relevance for their audience.

4 million Daily active users on landing page
Acquired 120K+ Users
Swaped over 75 lakh worth of supercoins to bitcoin
