Visual design

Designing campaigns to drive revenue and communicate new features

At GoSats, I worked on a wide range of campaigns from festive promotions to feature announcements aimed at driving overall GTV by boosting voucher sales, encouraging card upgrades, and strengthening premium offerings.


For this case study, I’ve highlighted one campaign from each category:


  • Festival Campaign – Diwali Dhamaka Offer

  • Feature Announcement – SatsPay Launch

  • Regular Campaign – Bitcoin Rewards Fiesta

  • Moment Marketing Campaign – Bitcoin Hits $100K

  1. Diwali Dhamaka Offer

Goal :

  • Designing visually striking Diwali-themed creatives to highlight GoSats Elite Card upgrade offers and festive incentives

  • Creating consistent campaign branding across all touchpoints (emailers, banners, and in-app graphics) to maintain festive appeal.

  • Ensuring clear hierarchy of information to drive higher engagement and conversions.

Color

Red and gold reflect festive elements like tilaks, sweet boxes, and traditional decor.

Framed using shapes inspired by Diwali paper lanterns for a celebratory look.

Inapp Pop Up Banners

Appear as attention-grabbing overlays when users open the app

Spotlight Banners

Permanently placed on the home screen during campaign, ensuring high visibility and consistent engagement throughout the campaign.

Design decisions

  • Gave more space to elite card upgrade banner in the emails so it catches attention first.

  • Maintained a unified color palette, typography, and festive motifs across all formats for brand recall.

  • Highlighted key offer details in the copy, like “5% rewards,” to grab attention quickly

Impact

  • Achieved an email open rate of 35%, reflecting strong audience interest.

  • Generated a click-through rate (CTR) of 15%, significantly driving traffic to the offer.

  • Attained a conversion rate of 6%, translating interest into tangible actions.

  1. SatsPay ( New Feature Announcement)

SatsPay allow users to make UPI payments without a savings bank account using a VISA prepaid card.

Goal :

Create eye-catching designs that highlight SatsPay’s benefits and drive quick user adoption.

Design decision

The design uses bold, high-contrast colors and a clear CTA to instantly draw attention to SatsPay’s core benefit. In the email layout, situational illustrations depict everyday scenarios where SatsPay can be used—helping users visualize its convenience and versatility in real life.

  1. Bitcoin Rewards Fiesta (Regular Offer Campaigns)

The Bitcoin Rewards Fiesta is a recurring GoSats campaign offering boosted rewards to drive voucher purchases and upgradation to our premium offerings.

Goal

  • Create visually striking designs that highlight Elite Card benefits to encourage upgrades.

  • Maintain a festive, celebratory theme to align with the “Fiesta” concept and spark excitement.

Final Design

Design decision

  • Applied GoSats purple-yellow palette for strong brand recall and festive campaign energy.


  • Added reward-focused illustrations to instantly convey value and boost user engagement.

  • Kept color palette, typography, and festive motifs consistent across formats to strengthen brand recognition.

Impact

  • Achieved an email open rate of 18%, indicating strong audience engagement.

  • Recorded a click-through rate (CTR) of 12%, effectively driving traffic to the campaign.

  • Secured a conversion rate (CVR) of 7%, successfully turning clicks into actions.

  • Generated an additional revenue of ₹1.5L as a direct result of the campaign.

  1. Bitcoin Hits $100K (Momentary Campaigns)

A quick-turnaround campaign celebrating Bitcoin’s milestone of $100K, aimed at leveraging market excitement to drive GoSats Elite Card usage and reward redemption.


The design used bold headlines, milestone-focused visuals, and direct CTAs to prompt immediate user action.

A six-slide Instagram carousel celebrating Bitcoin’s $100K milestone, showcasing GoSats’ rewards, Elite Card perks, and SatsPay benefits with a cohesive grid design, bold typography, and consistent brand colours for maximum impact.
